Traditional Worship

Worship in the traditional style, with grand piano, organ, and choir, takes place at 11 a.m. each Sunday in the sanctuary. A Biblical sermon, which calls for people to believe in Christ as savior and for believers to grow and share as Christians, is the centerpiece. Presbyterians have rich traditions of liturgy and music, and FPC draws upon these. We seek to celebrate and invite the presence of the Almighty God during worship. The children’s sermon and other moments in worship combine to create a unique and challenging worship experience. The service draws to a close at 12 noon, as we go out to serve the Lord.

Contemporary Worship

Contemporary Worship, with a combination of Praise and Worship, Contemporary, and classic Christian music, is led by our worship team with vocal, guitars, and keyboard. A large screen at the front of the sanctuary projects words and other worship information, as the hymnals remain in the pews. The Biblical sermon completes this service, which is casual, contemporary, and early with a beginning time of 9 a.m. and an ending time of 9:45 a.m..
